Location

The exhibition will be held in the Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Center BITEC in Hall 98 offering 8.400 m² column free space of 16 m height with full rigging for commercial and non-profit organisations to showcase their services and products.

Below is a provisional overview of the exhibition build-up and dismantling schedule. Exhibitors will be informed of the final dates and time schedule through the exhibitor manual (to be available online by October 2024).

An exhibition manual will be available online by October 2024 and will include:

  • all relevant technical information, including rules and guidelines for stand activity and promotion
  • order form for materials available for rental (panels, chairs, flowers, etc.) and corresponding prices
  • order form for storage, transport, customs and forwarding agents exhibition opening hours
  • construction and dismantling hours
  • a detailed road map of the exhibition area indicating access for trucks rules related to height limitations

Exhibition opening hours: Tuesday to Thursday 10h00 – 17h00 – (21 exhibition hours).

An exhibition manual will be available online by October 2024 and will include:

All exhibiting companies will receive up to 4 exhibitor badges per each 9sqm booth space.
These badges allow access to the exhibition floor, the Opening and Closing Ceremony and the company’s own satellite symposia.

Leading up to the congress exhibitors will be kept informed about latest registration numbers including country and profession to help them optimize their resources (booth hostesses, appropriate literature, multi-lingual staff).

Exhibitors may book lead retrieval devices to receive post-show attendee reports which will include attendee’s name, credentials, affiliation, city, and country.

A full exhibitor company profile will be printed in the IDF 2025 Industry & Satellite Symposium Guide distributed to each registrant and will appear in the Mobile App.

Exhibitors are featured on the IDF Congress 2025 website and in the monthly congress e-newsletter.

Satellite symposia

Why your company should book a satellite symposium

Satellite symposia reach a targeted audience to receive latest scientific information and developments in diabetes care. Satellite symposia take place within the BITEC in session halls assigned to the official congress programme.

All the session halls offer a private space for catering functions. Companies wishing to organise catering at their satellite symposium are requested to contact the congress centre.

Time slots

Satellite slots include the use of the IDF congress logo on invitations and promotional documents, and publication on the IDF 2025 Industry webpage in the IDF Congress Industry and Satellite Guide and regular features in the IDF Congress 2025 e-newsletter.

The IDF 5K Run/Walk emphasises the need for increased physical activity to help prevent diabetes. Participation is free to all congress delegates and the general public. Hospitality suites

Hospitality suites will be available for exhibitors to set up private meetings and organise receptions. Hospitality suites are assigned for the entire duration of the congress and are rented out as “space only” however, they are equipped with built-in screen and projector. Further extras (furniture, catering, ITC services, etc.) are to be ordered directly from the on-site suppliers.

Hospitality suites are accessible from Monday 7 to Thursday 10 April 2025, 07.00 – 20.00.

The meeting rooms are conveniently located on the second floor of the BITEC centre close to the session halls (ca 150 meters) but yet sufficiently apart to provide a private, quiet space for your internal meetings and get-togethers. All rooms come with a contemporary, bright interior design, fabrics and colour scheme and wide window front allowing for natural daylight.
