Individual rates
The rates below are in Euro. Download the terms and conditions (pdf). Individuals must be at least 18 years old to register.
Discounted rates are available for healthcare professionals in low- and lower-middle-income countries, healthcare professionals that are citizens and residents of Thailand and students. To register at a discounted rate, a document to prove eligibility is required.
Individual members of the International Diabetes Federation benefit from a 20% discount on the applicable registration rate below.
Complimentary access to the congress is offered to credentialed members of the media. Submit your media registration request here.
- Excluding medical doctor.
- Healthcare professionals who are citizens AND residents of a lower-middle income economy as per World Bank, with the inclusion of China and India.
- Healthcare professionals who are citizens AND residents of a low income economy as per World Bank definition.
- Healthcare professionals who are citizens AND residents of Thailand.
- Students at the time of the congress. Not applicable to post doctorate students and students who follow further studies of any kind after having obtained a medical degree.
IDF is pleased to offer registered delegates a discounted 4-day travel pass for the BTS Skytrain Sukhumvit Green Line at 15 Euros per pass/per person.
This travel pass allows unlimited rides between the BITEC Congress Center (Station BangNa) and the most frequented stations in the city center within walking distance to congress hotels. The BTS service runs from 6am to 12 pm.
The travel pass can be purchased when registering for the Congress. Delegates will receive it together with their congress badge at the registration counter in the BITEC Congress Center.
Group rates
The group registration process is available for groups of at least 10 group members. To register a group, the group contact person needs to first create a congress profile through the registration platform. The congress profile gives access to the booking form for groups.

Group rate
Group discounts only apply to the regular rate and as of 20 paying group members. Group discounts do not apply to the reduced rate for healthcare professionals, low or lower-middle income economies and students.

Special offer for IDF Congress 2025 registrants
We are pleased to offer our delegates a discounted 4-day travel pass for the BTS Skytrain Sukhumvit Green Line at €15 per pass/per person.
This travel pass allows unlimited rides between the BITEC Congress Center (Station BangNa) and most frequented stations in the city center within walking distance to our congress hotels. (BTS starts at 6AM in the morning and ends in 12 PM midnight).
Purchase your ticket when registering to the Congress and receive it together with your congress badge at the registration counter in the BITEC Congress Center.
